Anti-bribery and Anti-corruption Policy

Moweb operates a strict zero-tolerance policy on bribery and corruption. This policy sets out our standards, controls and reporting expectations under the UK Bribery Act 2010, the US Foreign Corrupt Practices Act and equivalent legislation.

Prohibited conduct

Moweb employees, contractors and agents must not offer, promise, give, accept, request or solicit any bribe, facilitation payment, kickback or improper benefit. This applies to interactions with public officials, private-sector counterparties and intermediaries.

Gifts and hospitality

Modest, occasional gifts and hospitality given or received in the ordinary course of business are permitted, subject to the following: no cash equivalents, transparent, declared above local thresholds, never in connection with a procurement decision.

Third-party due diligence

All third-party intermediaries, agents and consultants engaged on behalf of Moweb are subject to anti-bribery due diligence at onboarding and annual review.

Record-keeping

All payments are recorded accurately and in sufficient detail to support an audit trail. Off-book accounts and inadequately documented payments are prohibited.

Reporting and consequences

Concerns can be raised confidentially via compliance@moweb.com or the independent whistleblower channel. Confirmed breaches result in disciplinary action up to and including dismissal, and may be reported to law enforcement.
