Moweb's offices and operations have run on certified renewable electricity since 2024. Scope 1 and 2 emissions are reported annually with third-party verification.
Every production AI engagement publishes per-task energy and emissions estimates. This is not yet a regulator demand; we believe it should be.
All vendors and sub-processors are audited annually against our Supplier Code of Conduct, covering labour, anti-bribery, conflict-mineral and modern-slavery posture.
We default to virtual delivery and offset all unavoidable business travel. In-person attendance is a partner-level decision, not a default for every engagement.
Moweb commits 1 percent of profit annually to verified non-profits, with a preference for digital-skills and clean-energy initiatives in our delivery regions.
Moweb publishes its workforce composition annually. We commit to 40 percent or better representation of women and under-represented groups at every level by 2028.
Inference at enterprise scale uses meaningful energy. We publish per-engagement energy estimates and ask our clients to do the same.
We use offsets only for unavoidable emissions, and only from high-integrity providers. The first lever is always reduction.
Energy transition clients - utilities, grid, renewables - are welcome. Upstream fossil-fuel exploration and expansion are not engagements we take.
Defence and public-safety engagements are welcome where human authority remains intact. Lethal autonomous systems are not.
