We are honest with our clients, colleagues, suppliers and regulators. We do not make commitments we cannot keep. We acknowledge errors quickly and remediate them transparently.
Conflicts of interest
We declare actual and potential conflicts of interest promptly to our line manager and to compliance@moweb.com. We do not accept gifts, entertainment or hospitality that could reasonably appear to influence professional decisions.
Confidentiality and privacy
We protect client and colleague confidentiality without exception. We do not discuss client matters outside the relevant engagement team. We follow our information security and privacy policies at all times.
Respect at work
Moweb operates a zero-tolerance posture on harassment, bullying and discrimination. Concerns can be reported confidentially to hr@moweb.com or via the independently-operated whistleblower channel.
Anti-bribery and anti-corruption
We do not offer, give, accept or solicit bribes in any form, directly or indirectly. We comply with the UK Bribery Act, the US Foreign Corrupt Practices Act and equivalent legislation worldwide.
Responsible AI
We will not build prohibited AI use cases under the EU AI Act. We will not work on autonomous lethal weapons. We document and disclose limitations in every system we ship.
