Our business and supply chain
Moweb is an AI consultancy and enterprise software firm headquartered in Ahmedabad, India, with delivery teams across the United States, United Kingdom, Europe, Australia and Africa. Our supply chain is concentrated in cloud infrastructure, AI model providers, data tooling, professional services and office services.
We do not operate in industries traditionally associated with high modern-slavery risk. Our supply chain is predominantly technology vendors that themselves publish statements under equivalent regimes.
Policies and due diligence
Moweb maintains a Supplier Code of Conduct covering modern slavery, child labour, anti-bribery, working conditions and pay. All vendors are required to confirm compliance annually.
New suppliers are screened against modern-slavery, sanctions and adverse-media databases as part of onboarding. Higher-risk categories (facilities services, contract IT staffing in emerging markets) receive enhanced due diligence.
Risk assessment and training
We assess modern-slavery risk annually across our own operations and supply chain. Findings are reported to the Board.
All Moweb employees complete annual training covering modern slavery, anti-bribery and our Code of Conduct. Procurement and finance teams receive additional training.
Effectiveness and reporting
Moweb publishes this statement annually and reports on the effectiveness of its measures in the Board ESG report. Any concerns can be reported confidentially to compliance@moweb.com or via our independently-operated whistleblower channel.
