Long-term consequences
Moweb is a privately held firm. Our directors take a long-term view by design: we do not optimise for quarterly returns to public shareholders. Decisions on portfolio investments, new offices and senior hiring are tested against five-year horizons.
Employees
We engage with employees through quarterly all-hands, an elected Employee Council that meets with the Board twice a year, and an anonymous engagement survey twice a year. Compensation, benefits and policies are reviewed annually against external benchmarks.
Clients, suppliers and partners
Client relationships are managed at partner level. Most clients have been with Moweb for more than five years. Suppliers and partners are reviewed annually against our Supplier Code of Conduct and ethics standards.
Community and environment
Moweb commits one percent of profit annually to verified non-profits in our delivery regions. Our environmental posture is set out in the Sustainability statement.
Reputation and standards
We maintain SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001, ISO 27701 and ISO 42001 certifications. We sign every deliverable under our partners' names and accept reputational accountability for the work.
